Granica harmonii jako instrument zarządzania strategicznego rozwojem turystyki w obszarach recepcji. Wstęp do nowej koncepcji
Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą przedstawienia nowej koncepcji granicy harmonii jako instrumentu zarządzania strategicznego rozwojem turystyki w obszarach recepcji. Prezentowana koncepcja zdaniem autora może stanowić podstawowy instrument kształtowania strategii rozwoju turystyki w obszarach recepcji, uruchamiający lub utrzymujący proces wdrożenia turystyki zrównoważonej. Zaproponowana koncepcja opiera się na mechanizmie zależności trzech elementów: filarów zrównoważenia, wielopodmiotowej odpowiedzialności, występujących potrzeb. Koncepcja granicy harmonii nie jest jednak wolna od problemów, co w skrócie, na wybranych przykładach, przedstawiono w treści artykułu. Przy każdym z nich autor zaproponował własną propozycję ich rozwiązania, pokazując możliwą wartość aplikacyjną koncepcji.
The harmony limit as an instrument for strategic management of tourism development in tourism destinations. Introduction to a new concept
The article is discusses the new concept of harmony limit as an instrument for strategic management of tourism development in tourism destinations. In the author’s opinion, that concept can be used as a basic instrument in creating tourism development strategies, which would help to start or continue the process of developing sustainable tourism. Furthermore, the concept is based on three interdependent elements: pillars of sustainability, multi-stakeholder responsibility and the sphere of needs. The author draws attention to the problems associated with the new concept and offers certain solutions, thereby demonstrating its application value.
