Porządek architektoniczny i urbanistyczny jako element przestrzennego zagospodarowania kraju
W opracowaniu zaprezentowano problematykę porządku architektonicznego i urbanistycznego w polskiej przestrzeni. Uwzględniono zarówno problematykę wielkich miast, ich przedmieść, jak i obszarów pozamiejskich, które często tracą swój tradycyjny, wiejski charakter. W szczególności zwrócono uwagę na historyczne uwarunkowania procesów urbanizacyjnych i ich obecne skutki. Określono zarówno diagnozę stanu, jak i propozycję budowy strategii jego poprawy. Zaprezentowano także możliwe do wykorzystania instrumentarium działania, w tym opisano instrumenty w Polsce jeszcze nie stosowane. Kontynuacją tych rozważań stało się zaprezentowanie konceptu rewitalizacji urbanistycznej jako kluczowego działania, mogącego w znaczący sposób przyczynić się do poprawy stanu polskiej przestrzeni. Podsumowaniem pracy stał się zestaw wniosków dotyczących działań służących poprawie stanu polskiej przestrzeni.
Architectural and Urban Order as the Element of Poland’s Spatial Arrangement System
This paper includes the general overview of the architectural and urban order issue in respect to Polish space. It focuses both on the problems of large cities as the peripheral and rural areas. Also the problems of rural areas losing their traditional character are discussed. Special attention was paid to the historical reasons staying behind the urbanization processes and their influence on the current situation. In this respect both the diagnosis of the current situation as well as the proposal for building the complex upgrade strategy were presented. Also the set of available implementation instruments were presented as a part of this proposal. Finally, the concept of urban regeneration was discussed. This concept can become the key element in the process of upgrading the condition of the Polish space. As a summary, a set of conclusions concerning the possible actions leading to desired change in the spatial order was presented.
